How I can help you support your team and your business

Hello, I'm Julie, and my personal journey is the foundation of Reshape TRUST’s mission: creating meaningful workplace cultures and guiding companies through cultural transformation.

Growing up as the eldest in a large family, I naturally took on responsibilities and learned to care for others—often at the expense of my own aspirations. As a teenager, I struggled with self-confidence and followed paths shaped by others’ expectations rather than my own.

A turning point came during my time at ING in Belgium, where I saw firsthand the impact of leadership on collaboration and employee well-being. But it was a life-changing seminar by Tony Robbins that completely reshaped my perspective and gave me the clarity I needed.

I left ING to create Reshape TRUST, fueled by the belief that true transformation happens when we build environments where people feel valued, trusted, and empowered to grow.

At Telenet, I put these ideas into action, developing and applying leadership principles that I now share with organizations worldwide. This experience confirmed one key lesson:
